Exchange & Return
We treat you with sincerity, and your satisfaction with our products is our only pursuit. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us in time and we will do our best to make you satisfied.
For return and exchange, there are the following points that you need to know:
Item is not received：
- Package Seized By Customs: customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility. So once your parcel are seized, please contact customs immediately. If you need our assistance for customs clearance, please also contact us in time, we will try to help you handle customs clearance.
- Status Of Shipment Stagnated For A Long Time: If yourpackage is stuck for a long time, we suggest that you contact the freight carrier we sent you to check for you. At the same time, we will contact the cooperating freight forwarder to inquire about the situation. You can stay in touch with us until your package is delivered.
- Wrong Address: We send the parcel according to the address on your order. If you fill in the wrong address, we are not responsible for the lost parcel. If it is our fault that causes the loss of the package, we will take full responsibility. You can contact us to discuss a solution.
Exchange & Return Policy:
1.We support the return policy within 90 days (exchange within 15days), the principle is:
- Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, dyed, bleached or worn
- Hairlace have NOT been cut, hang tag is attached.
2.If you need an exchange&return, contact us to get the return address while keeping the package in its original condition. We do not accept parcels sent back without contacting us. Buyer are responsible for the return shipping charge.
If you want to return the hair within 90 days, please keep the original condition of the hair. Make sure the hair is not washed,dyed and the hair lace not cut off. Hair that have been used or washed are not accepted for return.
Order Cancel Policy:
We can help you to cancel the order if you contact us in time.
- If you need cancel the order ,please contact us within 24h(the package not sent out yet), we can help you to cancel.
- The order can’t be canceled once the package is shipped out.
